What does it mean to be prepared for the future? At WithIn Collaborative, we believe that this is as much an internal process as it is a strategic one.
This upcoming election represents a monumental reveal of our future selves. We are asking: Will our work continue with similar constraints and opportunities? Will it radically change? Where do I source the calm and compassion I need to be present for others? And, what strategies and partnerships are needed now to actively prepare for this election and its aftermath?
WithIn is offering a self-guided election preparation reflection. Our goal is to turn your overwhelm into a set of intentions and strategies for both personal and organizational sustainability. More specifically, this guide will aim to:
- Anticipate and prepare for possible future scenarios in 2024
- Identify sources of resilience and sustainable action.
- Develop personal and organizational intentions that nurture hope, connection, care, and focus
This guide can be used by individuals or teams and adapted as needed. This exercise will be most impactful if it’s given dedicated time and space. We’re estimating about 90 minutes. And if you intend to do this as a group, we’ve also included a sample facilitator’s guide.
