In 2019, WithIn wrote a book with our partners that explored what our collective experience co designing and stewarding the New Leadership Network in California’s Central Valley taught us about leading systems change.
In Leading Systems Change, we consider how a particular mash-up of tools, mindsets and resources supported a multi-sector and multi-racial group of leaders to begin to transform their community.

WithIn believes that our support should elevate the intuition, wisdom and relationships leaders already possess so that they are empowered to drive the work of systems change without delay or additional expertise.
