At WithIn Collaborative, we believe that preparation is as much an internal process as it is a strategic one. Our readiness is tied to our ability to stay aligned with our values, while strengthening our connection to community, family, colleagues and ourselves.
The second Trump administration is on course to significantly destabilize and reorient how we work to support vulnerable populations in this country. Many of us are looking to understand what might unfold for ourselves, our organization and our community. Will our work continue with similar constraints and opportunities? Will it radically change? Where do I source the calm and compassion I need to be present for others? And, what strategies and partnerships are needed now to manifest the future I want?

In Leading Systems Change, we consider how a particular mash-up of tools, mindsets and resources supported a multi-sector and multi-racial group of leaders to begin to transform their community.
