Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change and that this might mean you can no longer attend a WithIn offering that you are scheduled to attend. 

We’re happy to work with you to resolve this conflict. In most cases, this means transferring your registration to another member of your team or rescheduling your participation to a later date. If that is not possible, the following cancellation and refund policy will apply: 

  • Cancellation requests received in advance of 31 days will receive a full refund. 
  • Cancellation requests received 30 days or less will not be refunded. 
  • Cancellation requests in the case of family emergencies will be accommodated at any time.

AI Policy

Our Policy On Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) Assistants During Workshop Offerings

WithIn Collaborative centers the creation of environments where transformational learning can occur. This necessitates that trust can be cultivated and respected.

With the advent of artificial intelligence (AI) and growing concerns about surveillance through various devices and programs, we want to communicate our policy regarding the use of AI for workshop participants.

The following WithIn Collaborative workshop agreements are shared with the intention of ensuring that trust, confidentiality, and the opportunity to develop authentic connections are respected and valued.

  • When signing up for a WithIn virtual event, please share with a WithIn Collaborative team member any accessibility needs you may have, including a need for utilizing an AI recorder.
  • If you have a reason, other than personal accessibility, for utilizing an AI recorder during a workshop, please discuss this with a WithIn Collaborative team member before attending the workshop. 
  • If you have not discussed utilizing an AI recorder during a workshop with a WithIn Collaborative team member, please do not arrive at a workshop session with AI turned on. Please know that if your AI recorder is turned on without prior arrangement, we will remove the AI recorder from the Zoom room.
  • If an AI recorder has been approved, it is assumed that you will not distribute the recording outside of the group. The recording will remain for personal use only. 
  • Always know that you can reach out to a WithIn Collaborative team member regarding any questions you have in advance of and/or while attending a workshop regarding AI utilization in the group.  
  • By reading this document and attending our workshop, you understand that if there is an AI recorder in the Zoom room, we have talked with the participant using AI, approved the reason for its use and requested that the participant using AI will not share the recording with anyone. Please let a WithIn Collaborative team member know if we need to address any additional considerations regarding the use of AI.
